Sports are a great way to have fun and stay fit, while also teaching important life lessons like working as a team, controlling emotions, and taking pride in accomplishments; however, sports can also carry a lot of pressure and it's not always easy for athletes, especially for younger ones, to keep it together when it feels like winning is everything. Hence, developing a healthy attitude about sports and learning to deal with the stress that comes with competing is crucial in protecting an athlete’s mental health. Parents and coaches share the difficult task of empowering young athletes, by inspiring, encouraging and supporting them, nurturing their confidence, and building their ability to cope with winning and losing in life.


At ERGO.Academy, we design, develop, and implement programs that, also engaging coaches and potentially parents, help athletes to:
